One of the reasons why we currently struggle is that we are less connected to nature. As humans, we have an innate urge to connect with other forms of life. Join us on the 8th July, as we present to you an interactive and fun workshop focused on plants, mindfulness and creativity. The aim of this workshop is to have attendees figure out what plant is right for them and have them adopt the plant as their emotional support at a discounted/minimum cost.
It will be an informative and interactive session where attendees will learn to nurture the plant(s) of their choice and the various ways it can help sustain mental hygiene.
