For most people, the hardest part of meeting someone new is when you start getting mundane questions like, ‘What’s your favourite colour?’, ‘How many siblings do you have?’, or What’s your favourite food? This phase is popularly known as the “talking stage”.
However, the most nerve-wracking thing for me is deciding what to do when you finally decide to see in person which doesn’t involve going to somebody’s house.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for knowing your favourite colour and all that jazz, but the thought of having that conversation in a restaurant sucks away the joy.
